Carrie enjoyed restoring the land around this iconic light house to simple dunes and trees, no homes or cottages - ah, Pure Michigan. Soft, puffy white clouds drift in the sky while the stirred up water suggests the wake of a just passed boat. Some of the interesting details of the lighthouse's architecture are captured; the panels of steel that make up the sides, the porthole lights down low, the blue safety railings on the pier. Selected as the Anchor Sponsor award for the Big Red Classic 2017.l (Fishing tournament.)
